B, the second letter in our ABC’s to raise awareness of ovarian cancer.

B is for Bloating and Disturbed Bowels. We know many women do not recognise bloating as a key symptom of ovarian cancer, but it is.

So have you had too many donuts or is this bloating?  So what should be looking out for? Well, bloating in ovarian cancer is likely to make you look pregnant. Your abdomen and pelvis should feel soft and not be distended or hard.

Watch out for this key symptom and be ovarian cancer aware. If you’ve not seen our animation – watch it here https://youtu.be/bVfEhXjEaM4
