After hearing her story, singer Ed Sheeran decided to send the mum-of-two a message.
Kelly Dimmock, 39, has suffered a series of personal tragedies which have included losing a nine-day-old baby in 2005 and suffering a miscarriage shortly after.
Recently, she has been diagnosed with stage four ovarian cancer.
